Thames Park Tower - $592 - $716. Utilities included. One unit has view of river. Walking distance to the hospital, Ursuline College, Riverview Gardens and city hall.

Two Bedroom Apartments:
Riverview Park - $730, utilities included, in our smaller, 3 floor building with elevator. Walking distance to Thames-Lea Plaza, Union Gas and Thames Campus.

Thames Park Tower - $962, Utilities included. This unit has a view of the river.

Regal Tower - $1,097, Utilities included. Central air and laundry hook-ups. Most units have a river view.

Three Bedroom Apartments:
Riverview Park - $830, utilities included, in our smaller, 3 floor building with elevator. Walking distance to Thames-Lea Plaza, Union Gas and Thames Campus.
